Even though you may set your completed goal for a period of more than six weeks, let’s work in six week increments for your ultimate success.
The decisions you make every day are influenced by your past experiences and memories rich with beliefs, emotions, and assumptions. They are part of your unique knowledge base. They are a part of your decision-making process and help to sustain the status quo.
Sometimes, though, the status quo leaves us feeling stuck. Those experiences and beliefs, especially those that carry a lot of negative or self-limiting energy, can impede good decision-making. You find yourself making the same decisions over and over and getting no closer to your goals. The struggle leaves you feeling stuck.
The goal is to get “unstuck” so that you can move ahead confidently.
